WHAT WE OFFER.
- $30.00 – $40.00 per hour starting wage based on your experience.
- Regular overtime occurrences boost your earnings to approximately $80,000+ annually.

WHAT YOU WILL DO.
As a Mason Foreman, you’ll be in charge of leading a hardworking crew, making sure masonry projects are completed on time, safely, and with top-notch quality. Your days will include:
- Laying brick, block, and stone for walls, foundations, and structures.
- Reading blueprints and ensuring work meets specifications.
- Planning and scheduling work to keep projects on track.
- Training and mentoring your crew (6–10 team members).
- Enforcing safety practices and ensuring a safe job site.
- Traveling to job sites across the Upper Peninsula as needed. Travel will be based on project needs.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
We need a strong leader with solid masonry skills and a great work ethic. The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 3 years of masonry experience (brick, block, stone).
- Experience leading a team and managing projects.
- The ability to read blueprints and follow specifications.
- A commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship.
- Equipment experience (like saws, mixers, scaffolding) is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
- Willingness to travel and be available as needed, typical of the industry.
