WHAT WE OFFER.
- $30.00 – $40.00 per hour starting wage based on your experience.
- Regular overtime occurrences boost your earnings to approximately $80,000+ annually.

WHAT YOU WILL DO.
- Lead and oversee concrete field operations to ensure quality work and safety.
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with blueprints, codes, and specifications.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor progress to keep projects on track.
- Enforce safety regulations and best practices to protect your crew.
- Assist in estimating and bidding new projects.
- Visit project sites across the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and collaborate with teams to meet deadlines. Travel will be based on project needs.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
We’re seeking a leader who is knowledgeable about concrete construction. Ideal candidates will have:
- A minimum of 3 years of concrete foundation, specialty concrete, wall form systems, and flat work experience is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team (6 – 10 team members) and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of concrete curing procedures, concrete mix designs, backfill procedures and compaction, and fine grading operations for flat work prep.
- Ability to read and understand project blueprints and specifications required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.
- Equipment operator experience a plus, but not required.
- A valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
- A commitment to quality, safety, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel and be available as needed, typical of the concrete industry.
